Your lungs can be very badly affected by smoking. Smoking can cause fatal diseases such as pneumonia, emphysema and lung cancer. Smoking cause 84% of deaths from lungs cancer and 83% of deaths from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Increased risk of stroke and brain damage
Eye cataracts, macular degeneration yellowing white of eyes
Yellow teeth and bad breath
Lose of sense smell and taste
Cancer of the nose

Benefits of giving it up?

Stopping smoking let your breath more easily
Stopping smoking gives you more energy
Ditch cigarettes and feel less stressed
Stopping smoking improves smell and taste

Is vaping any better?

No. it cause cancer
