Kiwi Saver Advertisement

Can you lose money in Kiwi Saver

it can go up and down in value, so you can lose money. That said, particularly because of all the money going into the fund from you, your employer and the government, it would be very difficult to lose all your money in Kiwi Saver. It's designed to keep growing

How does Kiwi Saver Work?

Kiwi Saver is a voluntary savings scheme set up by the government to help New Zealanders to save for their retirement. You can choose to contribute 3%, 4%, 6%, 8% or 10% of your gross (before tax) wage or salary to our Kiwis saver account. … Your savings are invested on your behalf by the Kiwi Saver provider of your choice.

What Happens if you retire

Many Kiwi Saver providers will let you remain in their Kiwi Saver Scheme and continue to manage your money for you even if you are eligible to withdraw – so although you won't receive any member tax credits, you can continue to save. … You may also be able to consolidate any other retirement savings into the same account.

Time Frame to their retirement

You can access your Kiwi Saver savings at the age of 65. Once you’ve reached the age of 65 you can opt out of this requirement and make a partial or full withdrawal, however if you do so you will forego your entitlement to the Government contribution and compulsory employer contributions.

How much Money to invest

When you join Kiwi Saver, you either pick a fund you want to invest in, or if you can't decide, the IRD picks one for you. After that, your employer must contribute the value of 3% of your gross salary into your Kiwi Saver fund. You will also have to contribute at least 3% of the gross amount.

How much Money do they want to pay management fees

Key Takeaways. The average fee for a financial advisor's services is 1.02% of assets under management (AUM) annually for an account of $1 million. An actively-managed portfolio usually involves a team of investment professionals buying and selling holdings–leading to higher fees.

Earthquakes and Tsunamis

 How do earthquake cause tsunami?

Most tsunami are caused by large earthquakes on the sea floor when slabs of rock move past each other suddenly, causing the overlying water to move. The resulting waves move away from the source of the earthquake event.

How are tidal waves different to tsunami?

Tsunami waves are very different from tidal waves. A tidal wave is by definition a wave caused by ocean tides, whereas a tsunami is almost always caused by an earthquake under water. tidal wave is a regularly reoccurring shallow water wave caused by effects of the gravitational interactions between the Sun, Moon, and Earth on the ocean. The term "tidal wave" is often used to refer to tsunamis; however, this reference is incorrect as tsunamis have nothing to do with tides.

What do you see in the deep ocean?

This is the deep sea. Most are familiar with the surface layer, which extends down 650 feet (200 m) and receives the most sunlight, allowing photosynthetic organisms like phytoplankton to convert sunlight to energy. It is the home of pods of dolphins, schools of fish, and shoals of sharks.

 15ml of warm water
25ml of hydrogen peroxide
3 Spatulas of potassium iodide into the water and stir
H2 O2 - H2O + O2
Today in science we made elephant toothpaste but throughout the past couple of weeks we were creating our volcanoes with flour and water as our glue to stick the paper together around a bottle. The bottle was there to create the eruption.

tomorrow when the war began

In Tomorrow when the War Began, an important character is

Describe at least one challenge faced by a character or individual in the written text. Explain how this challenge helped you to understand the character or individual.

Ellie. One of the challenges she faced was blowing up the bridge. It is a challenge because they didn’t know about all the things which could have gone wrong, there are a lot of risks involved like being shot, being blown up.n being seen or captured by the enemy. This challenge helped me understand Ellie because her actions and planning showed she had matured over the story, she was  brave because she had to run through gunfire. The plan with the truck shows she is not afraid to go out on a limb and hope for the best and will act to save her friends and country. As the reader I was amazed by her courage as it would be a very scary experience.

Would it be OK for me to kill a _dozen____ others to keep myself alive? A hundred? A thousand? At what point did I _condemn______ myself to Hell, if I hadn’t already done so? ‘The way I see it, these are our _choices______, now that we know a bit more about the deal. One, we can sit tight and do nothing. And there’s nothing chicken about that. It’s got a lot to __recommend_________ it. We’re not __trained_____ for this stuff, and it’s important for ourselves, and for our families, and for that matter even our __country_______, that we stay alive. Two, we can have a go at getting our families and maybe other people out of the Showground. That’s a _tough_______ one, probably way beyond our reach. It wasn’t a very smart arrangement, because we could see it from a long way off, the light combing the bush, backwards and forwards. We had time to slide back into the _scrub____ and watch from behind trees. I wouldn’t like to have been a soldier in that truck, because guerillas could have picked them off easily. Perhaps it showed that __guerialls_____ weren’t so _active______ around here. But as I waited behind the tree for the truck to pass I was surprised and a little _alarmed________ to realise how much I was starting to think like a soldier. ‘If we were up a tree with rifles,’ I thought, ‘and one person shot out the _front________ and the others went for the machine gunner ...
